This program consists of increase of the size of the muscle in a 8 week workout routine. The fitness program will be individually personalized based on your goals and availability, and get you on track for a fit and healthy lifestyle. Once the program is purchased we will email you and contact you for a brief consultation in order to personalize your goals. The workout program will then be emailed to you.
